FINANCING YOUR CARE
In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. It is important to us that you always feel value received. In an effort to keep patient costs as low as possible consistent with best care, we ask that your payment for services be made at each appointment. If finances are a concern we offer financing health cards that you may qualify for.
To assist our patients who have dental insurance, we are happy to prepare the appropriate forms needed to submit a claim to your insurance company upon completion of treatment. Please bring your most recent insurance card with you. Dental insurance typically pays only part of the professional services fee, so we must look to the patient for full and timely payment of accounts, regardless of coverage. We do not participate directly with insurance companies. All transactions of your insurance are, of course, between your insurance carrier and you. We are pleased to help in any way we can to assure your eligible reimbursements.

Please Note: Payment Is Due At The Time Of Service
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
